Young Graduate Program – Dubai
To develop a deep understanding of our business, you will be immersed into functional areas such as Customer Support and Sales Executive during a 9-month period. All along your journey you’ll be supported by a friendly, multicultural and open environment. You will have the opportunity to continuously learn by participating in various training courses and have an impact in every team you’ll work with.
- Your journey will begin with 2 weeks of Odoo functional training. You’ll then join the team of the Business Support Analysts and your mission will consist of helping our software’s users by investigating to provide them with the perfect answer to their questions. You will closely collaborate with internal teams such as Consultants, Sales or Developers.
- After 3 months, you will join the Direct Sales Team for another 6 months where you’ll be in charge for the whole Sales Cycle, from initiating the first contact to closing, jumping on software demos, including customers’ on-boarding.
This traineeship is just the foundation. After 9 months, you may have the opportunity to continue and make an impact in the department of your choice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support Analyst
- Help customers (and colleagues) with their use of Odoo Business Apps
- Solve functional problems by investigating
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction
Business Development Representative
- Manage the sales cycle from the initial contact to the signature and follow up
- Engage with SME’s and advise them on the best solution to adopt for their business
- Show the software by providing tailored demonstrations according to the customer’s needs
- Negotiate & close the deal
WHO ARE YOU?
- Holding a University Degree
- 0-1 year of experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong interest in IT and software development
- Curious, global mindset and desire to connect with people at all levels
- Good communication skills
- Autonomous, Assertive & Proactive
- Valid UAE Resident
