Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to create and adjudicate warranty claims performed by the respective service centers from Toyota and Lexus branches across the UAE effectively and in a timely manner as per Toyota Motor Corporation warranty policy and procedures.
What you will do:
- Create and submit warranty claims on all repairs done under warranty
- Evaluate areas of major incidents and apply control measures to minimize repair and warranty costs
- Instruct the workshop on warranty compliance processes and provide an action plan on areas of non-conformity that do not comply with warranty policies and procedures
- Ensure excellent quality of warranty processing to minimize rejection and outstanding amounts, and maximize repayment and recoveries from the warranty department
- Establish the correct problem and remedy codes (and their explanation),operation number, and record the same on the claim
- Ensure all parts and consumables are recorded in the warranty claim
- Ensure there is no financial discrepancy between the online system and the actual claim being processed
- Assisting the warranty auditor by providing all the necessary documents requested to fulfil the warranty audit
- Resubmission of all warranty claim rejections in a timely manner
- Ensure all recall campaigns available for the vehicle are completed upon the customer’s visit to the service center
- Ensure all parts that are replaced under warranty are properly tagged and stored in the warranty parts room as per policy
- Ensure parts that are handed over to the warranty storeroom are properly recorded in the log sheet
- Ensure that warranty-replaced parts are disposed of in a timely manner
- Ensure all parts recovery requests are being processed on time
