Key Responsibilities:
Branch Manager will be fully responsible to deliver the branch P&L.
Branch Manager will be fully responsible to deliver the branch P&L.
The Branch Manager will provide management of company’s activities and functions relating to the ongoing service, timely renewals of the service contracts aiming for with price increase, preventing cancellations and ensuring organic growth through conversions as well as driving recovery/recapture strategies and efforts for units outside OTIS portfolio in an assigned geographic area. All this work is to be fulfilled in a manner which achieves customer satisfaction as well as the strategic business objectives of the region.
As a Modernization Manager, the person in this position will be fully responsible for modernization business across UAE, sales and operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in similar role in the elevator industry.
Engineering or equivalent qualification required.
