Job Description

Principal Accountabilities

1)      Arranges and confirms appointments of the President as well as the staff members of Investment Department by maintaining calendars for the department in order for them to attend all the meetings in timely manner.
2)     Prepares and produces reports and documents by transcribing and collecting information as required by the President to ensure efficient and accurate reports are available to him when required.
3)      Screens telephone calls, enquiries, requests, emails, faxes and handling them when appropriate to ensure smooth flow of office operations.
4)      Coordinates with other department administrators to ensure accurate flow of documents between Investment department and other departments in the Group.
5)      Manages and update general filing systems, logs and control records of incoming and outgoing documents of the Investment Department staff members to ensure immediate accesibility of data.
6)      Operates, maintains and troubleshoot problems involving the office equipment such as copier, fax, telephone system and calling for repairs when necessary to facilitate smooth workflow.
7)      Maintains, reviews status and puts orders for office supplies and stationery to ensure continuous availability of stock needed by the Investment department staff members.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable in MS office application and relevant software application Conversant in English language both written and verbal. Telephone etiquette. Trustworthy and Respectful. Organized and systematic. Inter-personal skills. Reserve and values confidentiality.
