Sales Officer – Lighting Systems (Female)
Job Summary:
The Sales Officer will support the Lighting System Manager in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and driving business growth in the lighting solutions sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about lighting design and technology, with excellent sales, communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lighting System Manager in day-to-day sales activities and project coordination.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Respond to client inquiries and provide product information and technical specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
Maintain and update the customer database and project tracking sheets.
Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and lighting demonstrations as needed.
Support in preparing presentations and marketing materials for client pitches.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt response and professional service.
Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales or client servicing, preferably in the lighting industry.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD or lighting design software is a plus.
Positive attitude, presentable, and a team player.
UAE driving license is a plus.
