Quality Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Job Summary.
Quality supervisor Coating and Lining operations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete surveys of every process stage throughout the coating operation
Perform rounds and document results and observations
Assure the application of quality guidelines and procedures
Communicate with the plant Superintendent/Manager any discrepancies and take necessary actions
Check and report non-conforming items, initiate reports, report to the plant Manager, and implement necessary actions
Quality Supervisor maintains documentation reports for each work order
Conduct semi-annual reviews with Quality Manager
Work in parallel with Quality Manager to perform internal audits and participate in third-party accreditation audit if required
Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
Essential:
Min 5 years in Quality-related field in Manufacturing environment
2 and above years’ Leadership role experience in similar Manufacturing environment
Desirable:
Min 5 years in Quality-related field in Manufacturing environment/ Oil and Gas
