As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing sites, you may have to coordinate the maintenance, EHS and other supporting work on the given property.
- Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Property Management.
- Financial acumen is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
