Project Administrator
Main Purpose of Role:
- Provide document control/admin services to the project and proposals team.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out document control/admin services in line with the project services procedures.
- Use the company’s electronic document management system to record all document work flows.
- Ensure all project related registers and databases are updated accurately.
- Interface with the client representatives (when necessary) on document management issues.
- Participate in project audits to demonstrate project records are well maintained for retention and in conformance with document control processes and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards of the company & best industrial practices.
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
- Min 3-5 years oil and gas industry experience providing project administrative and support role
- Advanced MS office software (Excel, Word, power point) skills
- Experience on EDMS is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
