Position Overview:

Insulet Corporation is one of the fastest growing medical device companies thanks to the global success of the Omnipod® Insulin Management System in reducing the daily burden for people living with diabetes.

The Product Manager – Middle East (ME), will be responsible for working with the head of marketing to develop & implement regional marketing programs that drive awareness & interest for Omnipod Insulin Management System, amongst people living with diabetes & drive lead conversion & customer retention, across the markets in the ME Region.

A key objective of the role is supporting the growth in the customer base through helping drive both; new prescribers (HCPs) and patients (end users) starting on Omnipod & minimizing user attrition across the diverse markets of the ME region. This position will work very closely with other regional functions (Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial operations, Legal and Compliance) as well as country distributor teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on and execute regional marketing strategies with internal teams to boost Omnipod® awareness, drive lead conversion, and retain customers.
  • Own the implementation of marketing campaigns and future portfolio launches in line with the agreed marketing plans, and support country teams for seamless execution.
  • Create and localize engaging marketing content for healthcare providers and patients, working with and managing external agencies and internal partners for approval.
  • Drive brand growth and visibility within the franchise and support brand engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate brand participation in medical conferences and manage asset approvals and distribution.
  • Coordinate roll out of media campaigns across regional social channels and collaborate with influencers and ambassadors in content creation for community engagement.
  • Track and assess marketing performance, leveraging insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Support international launches by coordinating and executing launch activities and maintaining brand identity consistency.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business field (additional qualification in digital marketing can be a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience in consumer and healthcare marketing; consumer social media is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated environments like pharmaceuticals or medical devices, regional experience is preferred.
  • Arabic fluency and English proficiency required.

Travel:

This is a regional role, so periodic travel will be required – this will be to attend meetings in key markets, attend tradeshows/conferences, join sales teams on HCP visits.
