People and Culture Partner

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is for UAE nationals only

Job purpose:

  • Advocate for the development of Culture relevant initiatives and targets within business
  • Create communications around People and Culture for tiered audiences with clear call to action and measurable outcomes
  • Rollout Group Culture calendar and initiatives linked to local and global best practice
  • Create design documents, policies, process maps, and communication frameworks for programs pertaining to culture.
  • Review historical programs and suggest redesign strategies and implement them
  • Propose new relevant programs and create them from end to end (with a playbook)
  • Own codification of all relevant culture materials and programs for roll off and sustainability
  • Create and own the Culture and Engagement dashboard.
  • Work with the appropriate teams and vendors to create a robust microsite for culture
  • Stay abreast of culture at an internal (group and international), federal and global level
  • Review current activations for effectiveness
  • Other duties as necessary

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the look and feel
  • Manage and create comms to drive traffic
  • Create and manage content
  • Create and manage reviews and updates
  • Create and manage effectiveness measure and reports
  • Review old activations and suggest STOP, START, CONTINUE model
  • Create new activations end to end (framework, policies, content, comms, roll out plan, measures for effectiveness and progress reports)
  • Consolidate all engagement offerings in a single source, create awareness and drive usage
  • Find areas of cross pollination and alignment across Group both local and international
  • Align with relevant federal and global bodies
  • Review old activations and suggest STOP, START, CONTINUE model
  • Create new activations end to end (framework, policies, content, comms, roll out plan, measures for effectiveness and progress reports)
  • Consolidate all engagement offerings in a single source, create awareness and drive usage
  • Find areas of cross pollination and alignment across Group both local and international
  • Align with relevant federal and global bodies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or relevant field, CIPD, SHRM

Experience knowledge and skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar / relevant role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
