To manage record keeping and maintain up to date information within the Safety Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists VP Quality & Safety and Senior Manager Safety with office administration, writing of report and statistical analysis
Creates and updates safety records and databases with all relevant expiry/review dates and signatures
Conducts inspections of maintained records to ensure compliance with GCAA CARs
Ensures all GCAA required documentation is submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with GCAA timelines
Prepares reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Coordinates office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to GCAA CARs and company policy
Maintains employee records for departmental personnel
Records and maintains updated departmental records and meeting minutes
Reviews documentation for GCAA submission
Performs such other task as duly notified by VP Quality & Safety/Senior Manager Safety
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree (or Equivalent
Experience

1 year in similar field

ISR Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
