Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination: Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Supply Chain Management: Monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
Shipment Oversight: Track and monitor shipments, ensuring adherence to schedules and resolving any delays or issues.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability aligns with company needs.
Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with local and international regulations, including customs clearance and documentation.
Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining service quality and efficiency.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, including cost analysis and operational efficiency metrics.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to meet operational goals.
Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in logistics management software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
