Trustbend Packers & Movers is a leading provider of moving and logistics solutions, and we are looking for a proactive Logistics Assistant to join our Dubai office. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, ready to support smooth logistics operations both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating shipments for both local and international deliveries.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin (CoO).
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customs agents to resolve any shipping issues.
- Handle administrative tasks related to daily logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar domain.
- Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
