Job Description
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates to attend interviews in scheduled date, time and venue.
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Assist with the Visa Application process.
- Design creative sourcing strategy and build strong pipelines for specific roles.
