Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately handle insights requests from our sales and marketing teams and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the information aligns with their needs.
2. Craft detailed insights and audience reports across various industries and strategic areas.
3. Turn complex data into engaging narratives, making it accessible and valuable for diverse audiences.
4. Strengthen the platform reputation and voice, positioning it as an industry frontrunner.
5. Maintain an organized approach to managing requests, resources, and other key materials.
6. Proactively come up with ways to improve our processes and how we work.
7. Take initiatives in learning and adapting to new challenges in the role.
Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in consumer and business research.
  • Know how to analyze and read data, and have the ability to extract strong insights and key platform differentiator.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English.
  • Other languages are a bonus.
  • Good knowledge of SQL is a bonus.
  • Experience with insights and research tools such as GWI & App Annie is a bonus.

1. Accuracy and relevancy of handling requests.
2. Impact and clarity of the insights shared.
3. Demonstrated adaptability and proactive approach in the role.
4. Contributions toward refining our operational methodologies.
