Job Summary
You will be a Growth Business Manager with a mission to create and work on strategic growth initiatives which includes but not limited to market expansion and explore innovative financial solutions for co-creation, including SaaS business growth delivery.
You will be challenged to drive and deliver on the growth agenda of the company via strategic partnerships, to help drive client acquisition for enterprise SaaS initiatives, client experience, product disruption and financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities in terms of partnerships & alliances with players in the fintech ecosystem to support expansion and enhancement of product capabilities.
- Lead and drive growth and expansion initiatives into the GCC market with current product offering and/or new growth initiatives to further enhance value chain co-creation.
- Develop value proposition to help drive myZoi’s tech solution to market players through bespoke offerings and drive enterprise SaaS initiatives for the company
- Create and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the UAE and wider GCC market.
- Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and share insights.
- Utilize analytics tools to supplement review & analysis of new product entrants, market trends & competitive landscape. Derive insights and make recommendations for initiatives, new market entries, alliances etc.
- Manage, analyze and allocate budgets for growth initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to enhance the user experience and drive conversions.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 7-8+ years of relevant working experience.
- Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Expertise and understanding of the GCC financial services market and well versed in industry dynamics.
- Strong understanding on business practices, regulatory frameworks and general risk management.
- Possess leadership qualities and able to lead the implementation of the function’s strategic initiatives (e.g. organisation and structural changes).
- Strong organizational skills and an orientation to deadlines and detail.
- Clear, concise and persuasive writing and presentation skills.
