Graduate Contracts Officer
As a part of Nationalization program we are looking for fresh Graduates to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Main Purpose of Role:
- To work alongside the Senior Contracts Manager and support the MEA team (and wider Legal Team where necessary) on contract-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the contracts department process and coordinate and work closely with the regional Senior Contracts Manager
- Prepare, review and amend correspondences under the supervision of the line manager.
- Draft Sub-contracts and Amendment to Subcontracts, obtain approval and signature in line with internal procedures and escalation process.
- Maintain records for all contract and insurance-related information/ qualifications. Update Insurance Register
- Maintaining Document archiving, Scanning and Upload the files to the system
- Follow-up with other departments on pending matters
- Keep track and seek approval for timely renewals of documents, contracts, guarantees and certificates
- Manage insurance certificates for projects and assist with the annual renewal process
- Assist the Company Secretary in obtaining required signatures & approvals on the group companies’ commercial and legal documents. Assist the group Legal Team where necessary.

- MS. Office products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Management/Arts)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to collaborate at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to assist the legal department in its activities
