Job Description

  • Assist HC Manager to strategically plan People initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.

    Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective managers.

    Source and review resumes, conduct recruitment interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process.

    Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.

    Implement HC policies and procedures laid down by the corporate office.

    Manage the complete Embark onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

    Assist in performance management and employee development programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations as per PM policy

    Assist in handling employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

    Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development

    Assist in implementation of talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

    Maintain HC records and documentation, including employee files and system data.

    Organize the training programs in coordination with the HC manager and Principals.

    Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management ·

    Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality ·

    Maintain and regularly update employee database (personal file, personal database, compensation, health insurance, etc.) of each employee.

    Participate in and lead HC projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and systems.

    Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and objectives.

    Organize regular Engagement and R&R as per HC Engagement Calendar.

Skills

Graduate in Business Administration;

Additional certification in HR is an Advantage

Minimum 5 years experience in HR domain.
