Fleet Analyst

What you’ll do:

  • Gather and review data preparing and presenting to leadership team with suggestions on investment opportunities based on analysis of fleet trends ·
  • Update fleet in M3 ensuring all assets are allocated to contract with ongoing management of the asset status – Onhire , Offhire , in service , major repair etc. ·
  • Ensure fleet verification completed and submitted (actual against recorded) for all project sites within the allocated timeframes. (Quarterly/Monthly/Yearly) ·
  • Maintain documents in SharePoint related to fleet and asset management ·
  • Drive optimisation in utilisation of rental assets using insight and system driven analytical tools. ·
  • Ability to clearly report forecasted demands to enable buy in from the business leads. ·
  • Support of the strategic planning to determine the appropriate level of investment of our assets ensuring this meets future demands. ·
  • Take a leading role interpreting salesforce data to align with available fleet highlighting any shortages.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to optimise our fleet with a strategy to get the best returns.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise, develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels within an organisation including the Head of Sales and general manager in Aggreko Middle East.
  • Strong analytical skills that can interpret data to track trends and position our fleet accordingly.
  • Proven Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions
  • Methodical approach optimizing current and future processes focusing on business priorities, with ability to enforce processes that are supportive of strategic and operational goals.
  • Ability to create and communicate clear reports utilizing existing business tools.
