Finance Support Manager
This role will be responsible for managing the overall capex budget of the group by working closely with Finance, business, and senior management.
Prepare monthly capex tracker report for the management providing detailed update on the status of each capex project
Work with Procurement, business and Finance team to coordinate the whole capex cycle from initiation till completion of the project
Review feasibility studies for capex projects
Prepare documentation for presenting capex requirement to Investment Committee and Tender Committee
Prepare capex project approval forms including keeping track of all budget reallocations made as per Company’s approved Delegation of Authority
Prepare annual capex budget for the group by working closely with all stakeholders including preparing a long-term capex plan
Prepare monthly capex forecast to be included in group cashflow forecast.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
Professional accounting qualifications (CA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA
Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in the field of finance
Excellent knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
High attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to work under pressure
Experience working with the Oracle ERP application
Good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office applications
Desirable:
Arabic speaker
A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment
Experience of using budgeting software
Experience working within the GCC region
Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt)
