Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide strategic HR guidance and support.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations and development plans.

HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation and adherence.

Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including conducting surveys, analyzing data, and recommending action plans.

HR Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and prepare regular reports for management.
