As an Enablement Business Partner (EBP) for EMEA South OU in the COO Org , you will be responsible for establishing close business working relationship with the key sales and solutions partners in Middle East. You can curate, craft or deliver local enablement using programs and infrastructure. You will have an End to End Scope from Strategic Planning to Operations: for all From Prime AEs + Digital. SPOC of the enablement for the subregion (Prime AEs + Digital + Increase SE, ECSm Sales Dev, Slack and Tableau).

Additionally, if development opportunities arises, you will craft on South Leaders Enablement Program supporting their role development and Do My Job.

As EBP, you will ensure that enablement provides an impact to achieve the prioritised business outcomes and goals as provided by the leadership teams. You will be responsible for keeping progress and resolve key success criteria and how it may be supervised or measured in agreement with the partners.

The role will utilise your collaboration skills in ensuring that the success is driven by team effort with input from the various parts of the business.

The ideal candidate has a track record of leading medium to large programs, working in cross-functional project teams, detailing strong communication, and demonstrating key partner engagement and organisational management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Middle East Sales / Solution Leaders to identify, and align on general and targeted developmental needs, through a regular cadence that will drive the business impact. Be a Subject Matter Expert on learning for their OU, while building positive relationships with local sales leaders, AEs and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in for trainings in hub.
  • Identify, prescribe, plan, build or adapt learning at all stages of the employee lifecycle using global programming or by delivering impactful, interactive enablement.
  • Communicate enablement initiatives regionally, having a detailed understanding of the global and regional enablement efforts.
  • Own the regional calendar of enablement events, on-demand modules and quarterly assignments to the learners.
  • Collaborate the OU ecosystem and global enablement teams to optimise locally-driven programs and access or improve globally-available programs.
  • Act as Community Leads, ensuring connection between different COEs and the COO org and other pan-EMEA Enablement Business Partner, having a total understanding of the enablement provided in the region.
  • Manage logistics, measure impact and participation, provide comprehensive pre/post enablement support
  • Set Sales Leader Enablement quarterly programs (if gaps are detected), collaborating with Sales Leadership Perfection Coaches organisation and Employee Success and other COO functions to take role perfection to the next level.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS PREFERRED

  • …have experience preferable in efficiency, sales enablement, sales programs, sales process design or frontline sales role.
  • …have outstanding relationship leadership skills with senior collaborators to understand and align with their needs and business challenges to define enablement priorities. Those interpersonal skills should span across various cultures and professional backgrounds,
  • …are a clear and frequent communicator, have excellent presentation skills, and the ability to gain consensus and alignment.
  • … are independent, outcome, and goal-oriented, aligned to deliver towards and exceed defined timelines through disciplined execution. Be able to collaborate with other team members to find a way when a blocker is detected. Having project management skills is an advantage.
  • …have ideally already gained experience in prioritisation, placraftingsigning, developing, and implementing effective sales enablement programs for a global company.
  • …are proficient in written and spoken English, being based in Dubai and Arabic speaking is desirable.
