Community Engagement Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our Community Experiences team as an Engagement Executive. This role will involve coordinating training sessions and events for our destination training programs, ensuring engaging and meaningful experiences for our participants. The ideal candidate has excellent facilitation skills, event management expertise, and a genuine commitment to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community.

1.   Training Facilitation:
•   Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for program participants, delivering content effectively and facilitating group discussions.
•   Tailor training materials to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences and create a positive learning environment.
•   Provide support and guidance to participants during the training process, addressing questions and concerns.
2.   Event Coordination:
•   Plan and coordinate community events, including inductions, tours, and workshops.
•   Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, scheduling, catering, and audiovisual setup, to ensure smooth event execution.
•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure events meet objectives and align with program goals.
3.   Community Engagement:
•   Foster a sense of community and encourage active participation among program attendees.
•   Develop strategies to boost engagement and interaction during training sessions and events.
•   Respond to participant feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the overall experience.
4.   Communication and Outreach:
•   Effectively communicate program details, updates, and event information to program participants.
•   Work closely with the community experiences team to promote upcoming events and training sessions to the target audience.
•   Maintain open and regular communication channels with participants to keep them informed and engaged.

To be considered for this job you must have the following:

•   Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., education, communications, event management) or equivalent work experience.
•   Proven experience in training facilitation and event coordination.
•   Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
•   Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
•   Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple training sessions and events
