Central Administrator
Overall
To be knowledgeable on Sentinel system and membership management adjustments
Perform the scheduled working hours and reporting to work on time
Attend regular meetings as conducted by GCOCSM/CSEM
Meet deadlines and follows company processes & procedures
To be responsible for co-ordinating accurate administration of all memberships
To ensure that all membership transactions and payments are correct
Create and maintain various databases of the clubs
Produce accurate reporting as requested by business heads
Audit membership contracts in line with the promotions, guidelines and terms and conditions applied
Amendment of member account adjustments & Members detail when required
Solve all raised tickets as per deadlines
Provide feedback and relay all relevant information to CSEM & CA Supervisor
Provide solutions for data administration to improve current and future business solutions
Secure business revenue based on member account accuracy
Maintains efficiency, accuracy and confidentiality of member information, status and account in Sentinel

To answer all incoming calls and provide solutions
To use Members First and other operating systems/manuals efficiently
