Summary of the job:
Collaborating with Internal business partners to drive execution of the Commercial Vision and establish tools to facilitate data collection and analysis which is a critical priority for Janssen-GCC of ensuring effective best-in-class partnerships that, accelerate growth and strengthen the compliance environment in the region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Works closely with Business Leaders, Sales team, IT, Finance, COE, Supply Chain and CVTs to cultivate data analysis to drive efficient collaboration to ensure delivering on BP objectives in sales.
Drives data collection internally.
Provides analysis for account assessment and tracking of commercial progress.
Develop different business performance dashboards to monitor and assess all targeted KPIs.
Monitors and reports results to business leadership.
Contributes to the planning and implementation of KPI dashboards and strategic accounts. Performance Statistics and proposes actions based on analysis.
Provides the analysis of monthly sales performance and tenders.
Assures the data integrity of any analysis and leads the data cleansing for each database that is created by the information.
Maintain all data on the share points & responsibility to get it updated monthly with all required information.
Qualifications
Qualification & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Bachelor’s Degree
UAE National Passport holder.
Preferable IT and or data analysis background or relevant experience
Numerical and reasoning skills
Knowledge & Skills
SQL or MS Access skills are a plus.
Finance, Sales management, and sales force effectiveness Understanding.
Project Management Skills.
Connects well with stakeholder on all levels.
Outward looking-Customer centric.
Execution and results driven.
Interdependent partnering ability.
Strong communication skills (Storyteller with clever communication skills).
Experience working with quantitative & qualitative numbers, creating reports.
Ability to explain/ communicate the business situation in a clear report.
Expert in Excel, Skilled enough in Word and Power Point, dashboards essential to do the job.
