Assistant Manager – Finance

Primarily responsible to monitor cash flow, manage expenses, perform data analysis and advise senior managers on sustainability and profit-maximizing ideas. Ensure financial health by creating analytical reports, direct investment activities and develop plans for the long-term financial goals by meeting NMC’s standard.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L activity, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate strategic financial planning which includes expenses, income, insurance coverage, tax status, and risk tolerance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and trend analysis
• Assist in developing and implementing financial policies for budgeting and forecasting process
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines
• Reviews and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities
• Liaise with internal auditors to ensure appropriate financial bookkeeping is maintained
• Provide insights about spending trends, cost-savings initiatives, and margin opportunities
• Providing advice in making financial decisions by projecting profit and loss data

• Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• 6 years of experience of which 3 years finance, accounting analyst or a similar role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
