Assistant Manager – Control Tower

Job Description

Collects and analyzes supply chain data related to financial, operational and qualitative KPIs in the areas of picking and fulfillment operations with the goal of improving the organization’s e-commerce promise to customers

Operational Responsibilities

o Manages overall control tower reports of Fulfillment and Last Mile Operations across Landmark Group

o Creates, tracks, analyzes and reviews on operational KPI’s

Process improvement and program management

o Identify process gaps & suggest addressal mechanisms

o Develop program charters and drive improvement with operations teams

Automation and Innovation

o Automate/ build products to enable CT Operations

o Automate CT processes and metrics generation by closely working with analytics and product teams

o Utilize predictive analytics & forward looking insights for assurance of operations

o Ensure high SC visibility through innovative and real time data extraction and insight generation

Stakeholder Management: Engage with key SC leaders to identify
