We are looking for high caliber individual for the role of Office Administrator at our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the visa application process for all employees
  • Manage and organise the company database with important and confidential documentation
  • Handle any employee queries related to the visa / admin process
  • Coordinate with the Freezone regarding processes and procedures
  • Any other administrative tasks required by company needs

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of UAE labour laws
  • Previous experience working within a Freezone company in the UAE
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail
