POSITION PURPOSE:
- Create best-in-class designs for Sephora ME to delight and inspire our customers.
- Build strong creative executions during key commercial periods in the year such as Ramadan, Sales and Festive.
- Effectively manage your timelines and executions.
- Support stakeholders across departments with ME led executions including PR seeding, Local executions.
- Create localized product content and packaging.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Graphic Design Execution
- Create best-in-class graphic design executions that are aligned with Sephora TOV
- Create campaign designs for all relevant touchpoints including:
- Digital media channels
- Social platforms (IG, FB, Snapchat, TikTok)
- OOH, DOOH
- Press kits
- Ecommerce website and app
- Packaging
- Deliver executions on time that ensures brand consistency and quality
- Create executions that follow sound marketing principles and industry best practices
- Have a solid understanding of design principles for multiple touchpoints (eg. OOH vs. Digital)
Processes and efficiencies
- Drive your own tasks and timelines with efficiency
- Work closely with the rest of the creative team to align creatives across all formats
- Align with key stakeholders to ensure on time delivery of creatives.
