Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage, store, and track company documents while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all company documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
• Ensure proper filing, organization, and retrieval of records in both digital and physical formats.
• Implement document control procedures and maintain an up-to-date document management system.
• Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution to relevant departments.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline documentation processes.
• Safeguard confidential and sensitive information with high levels of security.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in document control, preferably in logistics or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in document management software and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
