Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Business Development Coordinator to join its team! In this role you will get to support seniors within the Business Development Department on business development and capture activities throughout the Business Acquisition Process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support in preparation of draft documentations for internal and external requirements.
  • Review client documentations to coordinate with respective department leads for timely handling and response follow-up.
  • Properly log the development and preparation of major proposals, qualification statements, expressions of interest, presentations, and other business acquisition materials.
  • Perform initial review of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents to assess requirements and support in drafting of bid-no-bid material.
  • Coordinate scheduling and meetings related administrative tasks.
  • Manage administrative departmental activities.
  • Manage database and CRM updates within the respective Sector coverage.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering or business development activities, ideally with an engineering firm.
  • Demonstrated history of working and collaborating with big teams across diverse disciplines.
  • A track record of successful support on tendering and business development related administrative activities.
  • Ability to interface at all levels within organization.
  • Familiar with contract terminology and provisions, proposals, project schedules, and ability to adapt them as appropriate.
  • Strong communication skills to lead coordination efforts as needed.
  • Ability to multitask, supporting multiple projects at once amid rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to draft letters, presentations, and other non-technical and basic-level technical related material.
