Position

The ME e-merchandiser will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing all universes, with the objective of identifying key performance drivers and implementing actions to support and nourish the business success. The role works with central e-merchandising, ME eCommerce and retail team, supply chain, operations and other cross-functional business partners.

Job responsibilities

  • Monitor product KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis (sales, sell thru, delivery rate, return rate, average ticket) and produce periodic and ad hoc reports.
  • Maximize collection performance and stock efficiency through weekly stock monitoring, coordinating replenishment and rebalancing from and toward retail/central warehouse.
  • Optimize e-merchandising based on performance analysis: coordinate with central E-merchandiser collection launch, specific product activations & push, catalogue cleaning for Dior.com.
  • Define the newsletter and performance marketing product selection based on the specific communication needs and categories performances
  • Manage the visibility of longtail stock through blacklist and safety stock tools, in accordance to supply chain indications and specific needs
  • Support the merchandising team for their buying campaigns through ad hoc analysis
  • Perform competition watch on latest trends and best practices from E-commerce competitors

Profile

  • Motivated and pro-active with at least 2 years’ experience in merchandising or e-merchandising

    Strong analytical skills to deep dive into data

    Advanced Excel & PowerPoint command

    Excellent English speaker (Arabic is a nice to have)

    Must be highly organized and detail-oriented

    Knowledge of the e-Com/digital/analytics KPIs and tools (Google Analytics) as plus
