What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing a large team.
• Ability to foster connections with suppliers, team members, and building partnerships.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with the beauty industry and the Abu Dhabi retail market.
• A genuine passion for retail and providing clients with an exceptional customer journey.
