Overview of the role
The Jobholder is responsible for ensuring all Master Data is maintained in SAP for the AFG M&S business. All the articles and corresponding documents are available in SAP before a shipment arrives in the Warehouse for all AFG businesses (SEA and MENA).
The Jobholder is accountable for ensuring all systems are set up for new stores and initiatives. Also, accountable for all User acceptance testing for the business.
What you will do
Master Data Support
- First point of contact for C&H/Food for M&S MENA business any system related queries
- Support all 3PLs for timely Inbound and outbound Processes
- Accountable for ensuring all articles, Purchase orders, Delivery documents, and Invoices created in SAP for MENA, HK, SING & MY
- UAT: Accountable for any new initiative system set-up testing
- Promotion Configuration: Configure Rpro promotion for C&H and Food.
- Aging Stock: Support the buying team in extracting Aged stock and summarizing the stock status
- Accountable to ensure Ecom Full prices & Sale prices are shared with the UK.
- Support business on any ad-hoc system issues
Business Reports
- Weekly and monthly master data cleanup as per Audit requirements
- Support the buying team in extracting Aged stock and summarizing the stock status
Communication
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders for implementation of systems and solutions
- Clear communication with Ops, Logistics and EIT for smooth system operations
- Engage team with relevant Objectives, inclusion in the ‘Bigger Picture’ plus continued Feedback and development opportunities
- Provide coaching for development and ensure succession within the team

Minimum Qualification and Knowledge
- Education: Bachelor’s degree Major in B Tech or MCA, Computer application

- Minimum of 3 to 4 years technical or system knowledge
