Job Description:
- Lead the cluster to pricing excellence.
- Define and deploy new commercial policy.
- Scale-up digitization by promoting the adoption of digital quotation tools & creating suitable pricing dashboards and reports based on local requirements.
- Drive data analytics-based pricing decisions in the cluster.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute pricing processes in the country (Optimize Price Waterfall in the country).
- Coordinates/works with different stakeholders in country Ops such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Master data and tax team. Also provide support to pricing leaders in global pricing initiatives.
- Commercial Policy and pricing playbook deployment.
- Act as a support and price control point for the Countries for Pricing Performance Monitoring and Management.
- Contributes to Channel Compliance and Corridors Management activities.
- Roll Out Pricing System and Functional topics (trainings, Tools, Processes, Price competition, value-based pricing…).
- Control system update of Pricing related metrics: Administration List Price, discount conditions and others in ERP.
- Simulate Delta P impacts and potentials (List Price update, SPA Opportunity quotas, SPA annual…).
- Organize Pricing Governance, monitors delta price performance, responsible for corridor management.
- Develop training documentation and deliver training to users on systems developed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in marketing/ Finance related or equivalent.
- Very strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric transactional offers and channels.
- Proficiency with using Tableau/Power BI.
- Proficiency with using Java/Python/SQL will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
