Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Driving Business development actives with EPCs clients in Oil & Gas industry such as onshore, offshore, Refinery, Petrochemical and Marine industries for Various accounts.
- Strong Network and connections with the major Oil & Gas EPCs clients and contractors at all levels in Technical and Commercially.
- Assist in developing a strategic plan for the EPCs accounts.
- Engage with current and potential customers understand their needs and builds a strategic relationship.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with assigned key account within Oil & Gas industry.
- Negotiation skills and support contract closing activities.
- Expand the business opportunities in oil & gas to the Market and Implement strategies for expanding revenue and expanding the company’s customer penetration in UAE.
- Work closely with Service lines, Sales and marketing and commercial teams in putting a winning strategy and provide a value driven proposal
- Develop new business relationships and generate revenue.
- Develop new market by establishing business development relations; understand the Clients’ need and present company’s services.
- Early engagement with clients to understand their challenges and issues and convert it into opportunity
- Deep understanding and knowledge in EPCs business cultures within Oil & Gas market.
- Early engagement with the clients’ strategic projects in order to in order to provide a value based approach.
- Develop a short-term & long-term planning for the strategic account.
- Manage major EPC projects and tenders in Oil & Gas business by resolving any technical concerns.
- Monitoring oil and gas projects in the region.
- Monitor sales process and develop the market / Business with EPCs in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Establish clients relations with ECPs and PMCs through presentations, meetings, trade shows, seminars follow-upon marketing generated leads and opportunities.
- Understanding of the Oil & Gas tenders and make the Bid preparation, sales contracts and handling EPCs key accounts
- Provide updates on competitor activities and intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 7+ years related experience in Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven track record in Business development and Key account Management positions within EPCs & Oil & Gas industry in depth knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector, including upstream and downstream
- Experience in the Oil & Gas is a must.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
