Overview of the role
Information Security Analyst will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of information security, focusing on Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Operations Centre (SOC) investigations, and Risk Assessment and Management.
This role is a great opportunity for individuals seeking to develop a foundation in information security and gain exposure to different areas of the field
What you will do
• Assist in monitoring and analysing data flows to identify potential data breaches and policy violations.
• Collaborate with team members to implement and manage Data.
• Contribute to the implementation of IAM policies and procedures.
• Support the maintenance of user directories and authentication systems.
• Aid in investigating and analysing security incidents and breaches.
• Collaborate with the SOC team to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify and prioritize security risks.
Required Skills to be successful
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of information security principles and concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with common security tools and technologies is a plus.
