In this critical role, we will expect you to coach executive level leaders on change management, organizational and talent development while collaborating with stakeholders both in & outside of the HR team. You will need to interact with various datasets to understand employee/people manager experience trends to drive continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, build and implement the strategy and operating model for all people matters for Asia Pacific & Middle East GM and their sales organization.
  • Work as key advisor to business leaders to determine best approaches to employee experience across location / regions, including attraction, recruiting, retention, engagement, learning and development, performance, leadership.
  • Be the voice of the end-to-end employee experience to all process owners and stakeholders to identify biggest opportunities for improvements in experience.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support leaders in business transformation and cultural change.
  • Define and deliver people metrics, benchmarks, and employee experience value stream maps.
  • Your role will be critical to identify problems, prioritize the business challenges & gain sponsorship to change.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes in human resources within assigned regions.
  • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including time to fill, vacancy rates, engagement survey responses, attrition from our HR systems. Partner closely with HR Strategy Partners & HR Knowledge Center on service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and other Global HR functions (i.e. Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits etc.) strategically and operationally on various initiatives / projects to ensure best approaches to employee experience.

Role Requirements

    • 8-10 of progressive responsibility in human resources management for a large sized, multinational firm or major corporate division.
    • Strong business orientation and understanding of global market dynamics.
    • Strong organizational effectiveness skills (group dynamics, new business development, cross-matrix expertise).
    • Strong record in leading People & Culture functions within an international, financial services environment
    • Ability to develop, present and influence strategic plans and policies to senior management coupled with the proven capability to implement.
    • Experience working within highly matrixed environments.
    • Experience in fast-passed environment where ability to take decisions and have sound judgement is a must.
    • Preference to have Asia Pacific and Middle East HR experience.
    • Able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives.
    • Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully.
    • Ability to do business with an absolute commitment to the ethics, honesty, and credibility.
    • Proven success in developing employees through new opportunities and challenges, recognizing, and rewarding high performers, and embracing diversity and varied perspectives.
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
