Duties specific to the workplace:

  • You will be responsible for the Front Office department, both managing and controlling it.
  • You will supervise and ensure compliance with Meliá’s standards.
  • You will maximise sales and promote the Upselling programme,
  • You will manage and lead the Front Office team.
  •  You will continuously monitor to ensure the well-being of the client during their stay and exceed their expectations.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in hotels with more than 300 rooms
  • High level of English, other languages desirable
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud or Opera
  • High capacity to implement new technologies and ability to digitalise the department.
  • Extensive knowledge of back office operational processes
  • High customer orientation and teamwork
  • Proactive, dynamic and service oriented person.
