Key Requirements: – Ideally have a background in Law (LLB) – Must have 15 years of experience working in a company secretary/board secretary/governance capacity – Must be fully bilingual in English & Arabic (drafting) – Must have experience working with senior stakeholders at a Board level

I am working with a leading in-house entity within the technology sector who are looking for a Company Secretary. You will be working with the General Counsel, CEO and Board of Directors.
