JOB TITLE
Human Capital Associate | MAF Future Solutions | Human Capital

ROLE SUMMARY
Human Capital Associate is mainly responsible in maintaining an updated employee records, handles various Human Capital documentations, internal databases management and support the HCBP and XSIGHT Future Solutions Human Capital Business Unit for the daily operations.

ROLE PROFILE

  • The Human Capital Associate serves as a point of contact between new hires and MAFP for the completion of pre and post joining logistical requirements
  • Ensure that reference check reports for executive and above levels are completed and available in the new employee file.
  • Proactively communicate with Government Relation for the processing of the new employee and dependents residence visa, labor card for the temporary employees and employees on family sponsorship, pension for UAE National
  • Responsible in arranging IT related assets and accesses requirements for the new employee.
  • The Human Capital Associate serves as a point of contact for the completion of the exit logistical requirements for the leavers
  • Coordinate and provide every leaver a proper guidance as to how their offboarding journey will be like
  • Responsible in ensuring that medical insurance of all leavers and dependents are cancelled in accordance to the UAE government timeline required to cancel medical insurance
  • Ensure that all data that are posted in various systems are accurate.
