Job Scope:
As a key account executive in modern trade, you will be responsible for managing and growing business relationships with MT key accounts. Your primary focus will be on building strong partnerships, increasing sales volumes, and maximizing profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The person would be responsible for leading and closing all operational work and day to day tasks with the customers which is very critical in ensuring customer delight.
Plan the quarterly promo calendar and targets by customer for MT with the right building blocks.
Managing the accounting and claim settlements with the customer to ensure clean accounting.
Ensure clear KPIs on monthly basis while controlling in market spends in line with agreed plans.
Manage key accounts contracts, JBP and profitability.
Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and consumer preferences. Utilize this information to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
The KAE job by nature requires him/her to generate practical yet creative solutions to improve execution in the accounts. Scope includes innovating in the areas of POSM, Ops, Merchandising, Promotion, & ways of working in his day-to-day job.
Ensuring Availability and in-store execution for the business
The KAE manages contact with various key decision makers across the hierarchy in the modern trade accounts that he/she handles.
Ensuring that all operational work is aligned and completed on time with the customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Competencies & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business
+2 Years of Experience in key account management experience within FMCG industry
