What are my responsibilities?

Responsible for Project Management and communication to stakeholders through project stages (discovery, design, planning, integration, testing, user acceptance testing, feedback, etc.) across teams (product, customer service, project engineering, customer success, sales) to keep projects organized and on track.
Manage several concurrent, medium-scale projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, executing in a matrix environment.
Continuously improve the project management system based on understanding the internal team’s ever-changing needs and pain points.
Translates discussion from working meetings into notes and action items within the project management system. Follows and keeps track of actions and issues driving resolution or closeout.
Monitor assigned projects to ensure adherence to protocols, budget, and project scope.
Enter and track project milestones, realizes and communicate unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations under the direction of the Product Manager.
Provide routine status updates to requestors and key stakeholders.
Monitor technical project documentation as comprehensive and complete.
Manage handover to Service and Customer Success.
Support team members in an environment of inclusion, open discussion, and results-driven collaboration.
Communicate effectively with Stakeholders and have clear expectations established.
Utilizing a balance of technical and business acumen, contribute to a geographically-dispersed, diverse team in exceeding goals and commitments aligned with strategy.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their actions.
Effectively manage an ever-evolving workload while confidently adjusting priorities, decisions, and actions to respond to changing business demands, unanticipated events, and new information.
What do I need to qualify for the role?

Exhibits passion for implementing great projects and a commitment to excellence and quality.
Minimum of 4 years of Project Management and Controlling experience with a foundational understanding of principles, methods, and best practices for software product projects.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Atlassian Suite (Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Confluence) and other relevant software tools.
Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
Tech savvy, with exceptional writing, analytical and verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
Certification in project management by PM@Siemens, alternatively PMI, IPMA or GPM, PRINCE2 or similar.
Extensive experience in Agile and/or Lean Management Methods.
Experience with Client/Server and Web-based applications.
Organized with attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in the English language is mandatory, basic knowledge of the German language is advantageous.
You are resilient and used to flexible working hours.
Basic understanding of working with Advanced Programming Interfaces (API) and data integration tasks.
Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
Willingness to travel.
