Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Continually improve processes to develop the Performance systems.
- Develop ideas/uses for technology, in human performance processes.
- Design and develop communications programs to more clearly link Group’s management to performance management.
- Should have handled at least 2 Performance management cycles in a company.
- Should have complete understanding of how to analyze, normalize appraisal ratings, gather potential ratings.
- Creating succession pipeline slides and analyze talent aging in various roles.
Technical Skills:
- Should be able at an intermediate level while working on excel and power point and should be able to analyze talent through performance data , tenure, potential and career paths.
Experience: 3-5 Years MANDATORY Experience In Performance And Talent Management Field.
Educational Qualification: MBA Graduate In HR Or Any Relevant Field
