Education Officer – Dubai
We are looking for an Education Officer to work on our Education Program for the Middle Eastern market.
The Education Program of Odoo gives the possibility for teachers and students to use Odoo Online for free. Odoo can be used easily as a real support tool for any course (for example: accounting, business management, sales, e-business, and other training).
As an Education Program Officer, you will work closely with the Marketing team and be responsible for the following tasks:
- Identify target schools: Identify a list of schools in the local area that would be a good fit for the Odoo sessions. Look for schools that have an interest in technology or that have business-related programs.
- Research the schools: Conduct research on each of the schools to understand their current technology (for example: do they use laptops in high school years?), and curriculum offerings, and identify areas where Odoo can complement their existing programs.
- Develop a proposal: Develop a proposal that outlines the benefits of partnering with Odoo, including how Odoo sessions can enhance their student’s learning experience, provide practical skills for the job market, and differentiate their school from others.
- Meet with school officials: Schedule meetings with the school officials to present the proposal and discuss how Odoo sessions can be integrated into their curriculum. Use this opportunity to answer any questions or concerns they may have and to tailor the proposal to their specific needs.
- Provide training and support: Once a partnership agreement has been reached, provide training and ongoing support to the school’s faculty to ensure that they are comfortable with teaching the Odoo sessions and that the curriculum aligns with their existing courses.
- Measure success: Monitor the success of the program by gathering feedback from the school, students, and faculty, and by tracking the impact of the Odoo sessions on student learning outcomes and job market readiness.

- Bachelor degree or higher (ideally in Communication, Education or Marketing )
- Relationship skills
- Teaching skills: Being at ease to present in front of a large audience, and interact with a classroom or a workshop
- Academic mindset: attention to detail, curious, rigorous
- Proactive, enthusiastic
Must Have
- Perfect written & spoken English
- Strong business curiosity and willingness to learn
- Driving license
