To support the requirements of Continued Airworthiness related to administration and storage of data and aircraft records
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Activities
1. Support the requirements of the continued airworthiness related to the administration and storage of data and aircraft
records.
2. Administration and storage of aircraft records, record keeping and amendment of aircraft files.
3. Completion of Aircraft Log Books. Audit of completed aircraft records.
4. Updating of the Computerized Maintenance and Airworthiness System (AMOS).
5. Reporting and rectification of engineering error.
6. Receipt and distribution of approved data.
7. Monitoring of aircraft technical records, aircraft utilization, sector record pages (SRPs) to ensure data are recorded
correctly
8. Maintaining a database of information / history relevant to each aircraft and its systems/components that includes
modification data, structural repair records and OEM SB’s, SL’s & AD’s; Notification of embodiment to the
manufacturer.
9. Providing assistance with investigations arising from ASR’s, MOR’s etc
records.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Minimum Qualification
- Secondary School Education GSCE
Experience
- At least 5 years previous experience in similar role is essential
